A: By email or by mobile number. At moment, only Chinese mobile number (11-digits) is supported.

Q: What should I do if I can’no’t receive verification code during registration?

A: Check your spam mail box, or use another email address

Q: Is any of my personal information stored in the App?

A: No, SimpleLink only saves your email, username, data usage, and subscription information. Your log-in information will be saved on your local device for a temporary period of time to facilitating your auto log-in.

Q: What shall I do if i forget login password?

Q: Can I share my account with other people?

A: No. If the number of devices allowed by the plan is exceeded, the system will block the access of new devices and report to the administrator. Frequent violation of this rule will have a certain chance of triggering risk control.
