Your SimpleLink subscription is NOT associated with your Apple ID, but with the email / phone that you used to register SimpleLink account.
Apple Store charges 30% commission to us on your in-app purchase. Therefore, you may see that the prices in the iPhone and Mac are more expensive than the prices you see in the User Center. We would prefer you purchase through our User Center. Good for you and good for us.
On iPhone, iPad, and Macbook in-app purchase you only have Premium Plan and Pro Plan. However, you can also subscribe Basic and Elite plan in User Center and use it on your Apple devices (any device) if you wish. There is no problem.

Your subscription to SimpleLink are all one-off subscription (non-renewal), which means you will NOT be automatically charged once the subscription expires. If you want to continue your VPN service, you will need to resubscribe.
You will not be able to restore your purchase with you Apple ID. Only with SimpleLink account, you can access to the VPN services.
