You may find some common problem and their solution here:

  • When you change server, the IP location doesn’t change.
  • In this case, make sure your are in Route: Proxy all mode. Then just switch off the connection, reselect the server location, wait 15 seconds. And check your IP address here: https://whatismyipaddress.com/

  • I bought a subscription, but still can’t connect. And some problems I just don’t know how to describe and what to do.
  • Most of the problem can be solved by clicking the refresh button on the top right of the home screen. If the problem remains, please delete and then reinstall Simple. If still not work, please contact customer support.

  • I can not use Instagram/ WhatsApp / Messenger.
  • This may be due to your IP change and Meta deems it as a risk and forbid auto-login and well functioning of the app. Please reboot your device or change a server to try again.

  • After you purchase a plan, the App automatically closed.
  • No worry. Just restart the app, and reload the app by click the refresh button on the top right of the app bar.

  • Error: Connection reset by peers continues to appear after refreshing the App.
  • This error may be caused by too frequent requests to the Simple server, which results in the IP being blocked temporarily. Please disconnect the Wi-Fi and switch to a 5G and try again. If the issue still occur, please contact customer support.

  • The network speed is too slow, what should I do if I watch HD video?
  • The speed of the VPN will be slowed down as the number of users increase. If the speed is still not ideal, please change to premium or pro plan to increase the speed of the network. We add bandwidth to the main backbone line every week to keep its enough to accommodate users need.

  • What is the difference between Smart Mode and Global Mode? Will my VPN data be consumed when I visit the domestic websites?
  • When the smart mode is turned on, visiting domestic websites will not be counted as VPN traffic. However, when the global proxy is enabled, all traffic will be counted as VPN traffic. So smart mode is recommended. It also make your navigation online a seamless experience. And cost you less data consumption when browsing domestic sites.
